Orders

Which size to choose ?
All our sizes are in asian references. If you order from Europe, we advice you to look carefully at the dimensions of the sizes S, M, L and XL in the product description.

The unique sizes of our website generally correspond to the Korean XL, the equivalent of the European M/L.

How to modify my order ?
We cannot modify the content of an order when it has already been validated. However, we invite you to contact our Customer Service by sending a message here , as soon as possible so that we can try to cancel your order.

The preparation time is very short, this cancellation option is only possible during the 30 minutes following the validation of your order.

How to use a promo code ?
In order to use a promo code, you just have to enter it in the “promo code” area located on the final basket page. Once validated, the offer will automatically be taken in account.

In the case your promo code wouldn’t work, a message will be displayed warning you that this code is not valid. Thus, we invite you to contact our Customer Service here.

Delivery and Tracking

How much are the delivery costs ?
The shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination.
How to track my delivery ?
Upon shipment of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will contain the tracking number of your package.

You also have the possibility to follow the delivery of your orders in your customer account under “my orders”.

What are the delivery times ?
From the shipment of the order, delivery times are an average of 2 days for Korea and an average of 3 days for France.

How to add, modify or delete an address ?
To change your address, you must log in your account and go into “addresses” in the menu, and click on “modify”.
Where to follow my orders ?
You can see the historic of your orders in your account, in the menu “orders”.

How to find or change my password ?
If you forgot your password, go to the login page, write your email address and click on “I forgot my password”. You will receive an email to reset your password.

To modify your password, you must log in your account and go into the “Account details” , then you will be able to modify it.

Payments

Which methods of payment are accepted ?
Our online store offers the following payment methods : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and AliPay.
Is the payment secure ?
We secure 100% of the transactions made on our site.

We use SSl encryption technology to keep your bank data secure. These do not pass directly on our site and are inaccessible to a third party. You can fulfill your order with confidence.

How to get an invoice ?
The invoice will be available in your account, in the “orders” section. The download icon will be available once your order is delivered.

Returns and Refunds

Conditions and deadlines
We only replace or refund an item if it is damaged. If this is the case, please send a message and pictures of the item throught our contact page here .

The discounted products or the products purchased with a promo code cannot be returned or refunded.

You have a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make your request here .

The items you want to return must be packaged in their original packaging and be unused. After receipt and examination, only new products, unworn and clean products will be refunded within one month via the payment method chosen for the order.

Exchange
If you want to change a product for another size, you have 30 days after your order to return the model (new products, unworn and clean products), then re-order on our e-shop.

Shipping costs will be at your charge and will not be refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned product, the return costs and the customs taxes that could eventually be charged to Paris 3-ga will be deducted from it.

Ship a return
To return a product, please contact us via the contact form here , to obtain a return address.

Depending on where you live, the required time to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If the value of your return is more than 65 euros, we advise you to use a delivery service that allows you to follow the shipment or to subscribe to a delivery insurance. Indeed, we cannot guarantee the reception of the item you return.
